Our policy is simple, it is a Risk-Free Guarantee.

When you purchase any of our sunglasses, we guarantee your satisfaction.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, (within one year of date of purchase) send it back to us in the original manufacturers packaging, with all the contents, in 100% resalable condition for a full refund, excluding shipping charges. It's that simple!

We do not charge a restocking fee, unlike our competitors!

Our policy requirements are as follows:

• Print off our Return Authorization Form and fill it out completely.
• Send a copy of the original sales receipt along with the complete product purchased.
  
• We require a corrugated cardboard box to protect the product from damage during shipping.
  

We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.

Refused returns or exchanges will require an advanced payment to ship the merchandise back to the original purchaser. Unclaimed products will be discarded, in one week of receipt if policy has not been followed.
Please Print off our Return Authorization Form to avoid extra expenses of needless shipping.

We will only refund shipping charges if we have sent the wrong item or is a defective item.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please use a shipping method that can be tracked. We recommend you insure the parcel when shipping higher-priced items. Packages must be returned prepaid—we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Exchanges:

• If the exchange item is in stock, the return will be processed and return shipped to you within 2-3 business days via ground shipping and your credit card will be charged the standard ground rate of $5.99, if payment was not included with the returned item.

• If the exchange product is not in stock, you will be informed of the expected time frame for return shipping of product. In addition, you will be given the option of a different choice at this time should you prefer not to wait.

Refunds:

Non-Prescription: If you return sunglasses, we will give you full credit based upon your method of payment for the value of the frames minus the shipping fees.

Prescription: If you return the product with prescription lenses, we will issue a refund for the full value of the frame only. Prescription lenses are custom made for your use, and thus, are non-refundable.

Exceptions to this policy are as follows:

• Non-Adaptability. If you cannot adjust to a frame with a high degree of curvature (8 base or higher), we will cut new lenses for you, once, into a frame of lesser curvature (7 base or lower) at no cost for a period of 60 days. You, the customer, are responsible for shipping costs to Sunray Optical.

• “Change of Heart” If the frame you receive does not meet your expectations for any reason, we will cut new lenses for you, once, at 50% off, into another frame of your choosing for a period of 60 days.  You, the customer, are responsible for shipping costs to Sunray Optical and for any additional cost associated with the frame change. (EXAMPLE: initial frame cost is $100. New frame cost is $150. Your re-cut price is the $50 frame difference plus 50% of the cost of new lenses. Credit will not be issued for choosing a lesser priced frame.) Sunray Optical is committed to your satisfaction and has the most generous re-cut policy in the industry. Everyone has a different opinion about what they like; please refer to our prescription information page before making a purchase.
  
  
• Doctors Change - If lenses need to be remade do to a doctor's change,  or incorrect order entry on the part of the customer, this is done one-time at 50% off of the original price of the lenses for a period of 60 days. Any upgrades desired are billed at full price, downgrades are not credited. 

All exceptions to the above listed refund policy must be requested within 30 days after we have shipped the product to you.

Non-Refundable:

Special Orders and Accessory items: We are in the sunglasses business, the accessories are simple add-ons to your purchase. Spare or additional lenses for interchangeable sunglasses & ski goggles are generally not stocked at our location and are special ordered from the manufacturer. If you receive a defective product, we will exchange it.

Avoid Risk and Hassle - Buy From An Authorized Dealer

• New Unaltered - Many non-authorized dealers scratch the serial numbers off of their products in order to prevent manufacturers from determining their source of supply. Do you want a scratched product? And what about new? Do you want something refurbished, used, shopworn, or maybe even stolen? Non-authorized dealers have multiple sources of supply and even they sometimes can't tell you where their own merchandise came from.

• Guaranteed Genuine - Great brands products are often copied resulting in cheap imitations of lesser quality. These inferior products can be indistinguishable in appearance. Buying from an Authorized Dealer is the only way to be 100% sure you are receiving the genuine item.

• Valid Warranty - Manufacturers will not provide warranty service on items purchased through non-authorized dealers. These dealers try to provide their own warranty service by having you send your products back to the them instead of the manufacturer. Keep in mind, these dealers do not have factory certified technicians, and any parts they use in the repair process may be inferior to OEM parts. Finally, if the non-authorized dealer goes out of business during the so-called warranty period, you have no way of getting any kind of service at all.
